仓储货架可用于各行各业。近期，我公司一款大而轻的货架已被用于新领域，用于植物储存。货架长2.7米，高5米，共4层。货架承重能力非常轻，每层只需承载不到200KG。因此我们决定采用大跨度货架，立柱规格为55*47*1.5，横梁采用矩形管60*40*1.5。
由于植物放置在塑料托盘中，为了防止塑料托盘掉落，我们在横梁上添加了托盘支撑杆。根据客户要求，每层配备6-7根小支撑杆。为了防止托盘突出，在生产时，支撑杆焊接处向下移动一点。独特、专业的设计满足客户的存储需求。
除了这种常规的大型货架外，我们还为客户准备了特殊的滚动货架。图纸和尺寸由客户自己设计，然后我们根据客户的要求生产，底部加轮子，可以移动。整个货架架可拆卸，使用方便，安装方便。对于这种类型的货架，我们先制作了样品，并拍照供客户查看。得到他们的认可后，我们开始批量生产，最终完成了生产和包装。
